Blue Sky Ranch is a community of 42 homes, nestled just north of Dalton Ranch golf course, Trimble Crossing and neighboring Animas Valley Elementary School.

With just 15 minutes from downtown Durango and 20 minutes from Purgatory Ski Mountain, Blue Sky Ranch has all the conveniences of living close to town and the serenity of being close to nature.

The Board of Directors are volunteers who live in the community, and participate in overseeing the maintenance, preservation and the up keep of the community and the common areas. HOA monthly dues are used to manage roadways, maintain the central well water system and to keep our community looking beautiful. Current HOA dues are $700 every 6 months in January and July.  The HOA dues also include water, so Blue Sky residents do not have a water bill.
